First is the unique location. If you are considering a condo rental, first ask ''is it right on the ocean?'' Many condos that advertise ''right on the ocean'' are actually buried in high density complexes near the ocean or located in high rise condos that feel more like apartments than private condos. Our condos are located on the most pristine north shore of Cozumel- the Costera Norte. A new lighted walking trail runs by the front of the condo for 3 miles. This lighted path is perfect for a run or walk anytime of the day as Isla Cozumel is not only beautiful but also very safe.

The center of town is a mile and a half south of Miramar and a half of a mile south of Cantamar.  The snorkeling in front of our condos is some of the best on the island.
